Tracey is a qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the Charity and not-for-profit sector. Her career spans senior roles in housing associations, the hospice sector, and membership trade bodies, where she has consistently championed financial integrity and mission-driven impact.

Tracey brings a strategic approach to financial management, ensuring resources are aligned with purpose and sustainability.
