The Trust has partnered with the Post Office, British Gas and eight local community-based charities to offer free, drop-in events across Britain from October 2024 to March 2025.
How we can help
- Regardless of your energy supplier, speak to a trained money and energy advisor from a local charity to find support on subjects like budget planning, benefits and income maximisation checks and energy queries. They can also book you in for further appointments, or signpost to additional support.
- The British Gas payment and debt team will be on hand to provide information about British Gas support schemes (such as You Pay: We Pay), payment plan options and help understanding your bills.
- Pick up some free energy saving devices and learn energy efficiency tips.
