Position: Programmes Manager

Joe manages the Trust’s funding programme and supports funded organisations with project delivery and grant management.

He previously spent five years working in the social services sector in Hong Kong and has seven years’ experience in grant-making across both Hong Kong and the UK.

He has been involved in direct service delivery and in building partnerships with a wide range of community projects.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys films and good food.
