32 organisations across Britain are receiving support through the British Gas Energy Trust’s Supporting Communities At Risk Programme (SCARP), made possibly by funding from British Gas.

The Trust works with local and national organisations to provide frontline support for people facing energy and debt-related challenges. This support includes Financial Assistance Payments (FAP), budgeting advice, benefits checks, debt resolution and grant applications. The Trust also provides direct grants to eligible households struggling with energy debt, regardless of energy supplier.
