ECOE Advice provides tailored money and energy advice to vulnerable and low-income residents in Exeter and the surrounding areas.
The project aims to tackle fuel poverty, fuel debt and cost of living crisis.
By helping households to improve the efficiency of their homes and reduce their overall energy costs, ECOE advice will help them increase their levels of disposable income and improve health and wellbeing outcomes, alleviating the effects of fuel poverty on their lives.
Key services are home energy advice delivered by qualified home energy advisors to help residents reduce their energy usage and energy bills and debt, money and budgeting advice at the CMA affiliated debt centre.
