Citizens Advice Rhondda Cynon Taff (CARCT) Trust funded project supports vulnerable and low-income households that are experiencing, or at risk of, fuel poverty.

It aims to help them avoid the burden of debt, make informed energy choices and improve their money management skills.

It provides one-to-one advice and support in local communities across Rhondda Cynon Taff.
