Position: Programmes Manager

Hannya is responsible for the Trust’s funding programme for organisations.

She ensures projects, delivering services funded through BGET across England, Scotland and Wales are effectively supporting the most vulnerable within local communities.

Hannya works closely with funded organisations to make sure services are accessible and impactful to all, in an ever-changing socioeconomic landscape, as well as monitoring the impact of the programme.

After an early career in investment banking, Hannya moved into the charitable sector at Dorset Community Foundation, leading on individual funding programmes and operations, where her interest in supporting communities through creative and effective grant-making developed.

Outside of work, Hannya likes to spend time with her family, walking the Jurassic Coast in Dorset and attempting to garden!
