Money and Energy Advice
The Trust funds advice-giving organisations across England, Wales and Scotland which offer free support to help you avoid the burden of energy debt, make informed choices and improve your money management skills.

The project offers inclusive, multilingual advice services through diverse community hubs and centres, responding to the evident rise in fuel poverty within the community, especially amongst individuals facing social exclusion and vulnerability.
The key services include delivering community-based services in multiple languages from easily accessible venues, collaborating with community and voluntary organisations in deprived areas; utilising a diagnostic triage approach to identify critical problems and desired outcomes; identifying individuals’ strengths, abilities, and support networks; providing information and support to empower individuals to make informed choices.
The project works with local and national charities, as well as HMP Preston to provide face-to-face sessions with homeless individuals and ex-offenders and their families.
