Project Information

The Hartlepool Trust funded project provides a comprehensive fuel, money, and benefit advice service in a combination of settings, including at Citizens Advice Hartlepool town centre offices, via appointment and open-door drop-in sessions, home visits and community venues.

The core fuel and money advice service will offer comprehensive and bespoke advice through benefits checks and income maximisation, support with debt, budgeting plans, tariff switching and billing advice.
