The Trust funds advice-giving organisations across England, Wales and Scotland which offer free support to help you avoid the burden of energy debt, make informed choices and improve your money management skills.

The Energy Boost project is designed to provide sustainable solutions to fuel poverty.
The project will provide advice and immediate support to assist people in overcoming acute difficulties with their energy bills, longer-term resilience to withstand continuing pressures in meeting energy costs, and extensive one-to-one support for those people with more complex needs.

Based at the Bromley by Bow Centre in Tower Hamlets and covering the East London area, the project takes a holistic approach to people’s financial situations.
Advice delivered is free, one-to-one, independent, confidential and practical. It is delivered at the Centre and in non-traditional settings such as health centres, neighbourhood hubs, housing offices. Support is also provided by phone, email and messenger apps.
