Project Information

Dundee Citizen’s Advice has specialist advisers delivering tailored debt, welfare and energy advice to clients, helping tackle fuel poverty across Dundee.

It will provide nationally accredited, person centred advice and support to tackle the three main issues that contribute to fuel poverty: low incomes, high fuel costs and energy inefficient housing stock.

The advisors provide a full debt advice service, income maximisation, energy advice and support and assistance to identify the best tariffs.

The project’s aim is to help lift households out of fuel poverty and by doing so, improve health and wellbeing.
