Money and Energy Advice
The Trust funds advice-giving organisations across England, Wales and Scotland which offer free support to help you avoid the burden of energy debt, make informed choices and improve your money management skills.

Their project takes a holistic approach to supporting people across Sunderland.
The Warm and Well Sunderland project is designed to address the challenges of fuel poverty and financial strain with the aim of helping to reduce and manage a person’s debts while seeking to maximise income through budgeting support, welfare benefit assessments, crisis intervention and identifying energy savings through efficiencies and home improvements.
Working in partnership with key stakeholders such as the Social Prescribing Team, they coordinate their services to best meet client needs through referral or effective signposting.
