Project Information

This project seeks to support the most vulnerable in Doncaster with money and energy advice.

This support is provided through holistic and specialist money and energy advice and with an omni-channel approach to advice and support; face to face, video calls, email, webchat, home visits and telephone. Citizens Advice Doncaster will also look to offer support for their deaf and hard of hearing community as part of this project, using pre-established networks.

The project partners the local voluntary infrastructure organisation and harnesses the organisation’s resources, knowledge and existing relationships.
