British Gas Energy Trust Chief Executive Jessica Taplin has been talking about the help available through the Trust.

Listeners to Radio 4 You and Yours, cost-of-living special from Sunderland, heard from a Jessica and a client who is struggling with energy debt and her provider, and how she is being supported by a Hartlepool Citizens Advice Money & energy Advisor funded by British Gas Energy Trust.

Jessica also discussed the wider help on offer including the British Gas Post Office Pop-ups.

Help is available through the Trust’s funded organisations for income maximisation, budgeting, bills, energy efficiency and more, as well as grants to write off energy bill debt through the Trust.
