TLC SCIO- The Aberdeen Energy and Financial Resilience Project

Project Information

The project is a collaborative client-focused service operating out of Aberdeen North and South Foodbanks with Citizens Advice Aberdeen energy advisers to deliver holistic money & energy advice.

In addition to tailored money and energy advice, TLC SCIO befriending initiative (funded by the Trussell Trust), pairs befrienders with vulnerable adults to build resilience and facilitate positive engagement with financial and energy support services.

Support will be offered in-person at various outreach locations or at client’s homes, as well as over the phone or in the Citizens Advice Aberdeen office.
