The Royal Mencap Society (Mencap) offers targeted advice, information and support for people with a learning disability, their families and carers – so that they can navigate the ever-changing cost-of-living crisis and access the vital support they need.

Support is available through Mencap’s helpline, through accessible digital content and resources, and through Mencap’s network of local community organisations and champions.
