HEAT (Home Energy Action Thanet) will provide a range of money and energy advice to a significant number of beneficiaries across Thanet through a combination of in-person, telephone advice and community-based sessions. Groundworks has identified target beneficiary groups at higher risk of fuel poverty and in need of support. The advice is combined with practical measures such as Energy Efficiency Measures and Emergency Fuel Vouchers funded through this project. The aim is to support clients in crisis and long-term through advice and practical measures
