SCOPE

Project Information
Scope launched its’ disability energy support service in 2021 with the aim “To reach disabled households in vulnerable situations at scale and improve their ability to meet and afford their energy needs – through improved energy efficiency, income maximisation, and reduced outgoings.”
The service provides individualised support to households with a disabled resident in England and Wales – through bespoke advice and action plans, delivered via telephone appointments or email. This approach ensures that Scope can deliver cost-effectively at scale. All advice is individualised and provided by qualified Energy Advisors. Additional time and support is available to customers who require their Energy Advisors to assist or lead in conversations with suppliers, applying for grants, or other elements of their action plan. Customers choose whether to receive bespoke advice and follow up support via telephone or email, depending on their accessibility requirements and preferred communication method.
