SCOPE- Disability Utility Support service (England & Wales)

Project Information

Scope launched its disability energy support service in 2021 with the aim to reach disabled households in vulnerable situations at scale and improve their ability to meet and afford their energy needs through improved energy efficiency, income maximisation, and reduced outgoings.

The service provides individualised support to households with a disabled resident in England and Wales – through bespoke advice and action plans, delivered via telephone appointments or email.

Additional support is available to customers who require their energy advisors to assist or lead in conversations with suppliers, applying for grants, or other elements of their action plan.
