The Warm Homes Programme aims to improve the living conditions of vulnerable people by increasing their ability to afford a warm home. The programme provides face-to-face and telephone support to vulnerable residents across Liverpool City Region. It offers casework assistance to vulnerable residents needing deeper support to deal with tariff and billing issues, fuel and water debt, budgeting and income maximisation and general energy efficiency advice. It also refers to other schemes and agencies, both internal and external, sourcing help with white goods, boilers and heating and small energy efficiency measures. Area covered is within the local authority boundaries of Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton and the geographical boundary of Wirral.
Peter is Chief Executive of Energy Projects Plus, joining in 2001 from his post as Energy Efficiency Officer at a local council. Peter champions reducing carbon emissions and is an ambassador for targeting the energy efficiency in vulnerable households at local and national level.
Sandra joined Energy Projects Plus in 2002 as a Project Assistant providing energy efficiency and transport advice to local businesses. Sandra has worked for the past 3 years supporting vulnerable residents, visiting clients in their homes and networking with referral partners and potential referrers to promote the British Gas Energy Trust Warm Homes Programme.

Stasia has worked for Energy Projects Plus for over 10 years providing advice and support for vulnerable residents, helping clients with gas, electric and water debts and helping with measures to make their homes more energy efficient, healthier and more affordable through the BGET funded Fuel Debt Advice Programme.

Steven started at Energy Projects Plus in 2012 working on projects to provide support and advice including assistance with heating and insulation measures to low income households. More recently Steve has worked on the BGET Fuel Debt Advice Service, visiting clients in their homes and helping them to alleviate fuel poverty.
