This support is provided through one-to-one advice sessions; face-to-face, over the phone, or online.

The project aims to help clients understand their energy bills, tariffs, and usage, and advise them on how to reduce their energy costs and consumption.

Citizens Advice Sheffield also provides specialist immigration, welfare, benefits and debt advice.
