Warmer Wales offers expert advice and support to help you make your home warmer and energy bills more affordable. If you have problems keeping your home warm it can affect you and your family’s health, and it can be difficult to find out what help is available to get a better deal on your energy bills, better insulate your home and sort out problems like dampness or a broken boiler. Our Warmer Wales energy advisers can help with all of this and a lot more.

Appointments are free, impartial, totally confidential and we aren’t going to sell you anything. Our energy advisers can help you to:

  • Access local and national grants to help improve energy efficiency in your home and to cope with money worries
  • Make sure you’re getting all the income you’re entitled to, whether through benefits, tax credits or universal credit
  • Manage and possibly reduce ongoing debts that are troubling you

We’ll help sort out any emergencies and explain your options, providing specialist advice if you need it – for example, you might need help managing debts. It means one less thing for you to think about. Warmer Wales is delivered through 15 locations across Wales, you can access support through these citizen advice bureaus:
