Bromley by Bow Centre – Energise

Project Information

The Energise Project is designed to provide sustainable solutions to fuel poverty. It will develop peoples’ resilience and capability so they can independently manage their energy to reduce risk of recurrence of crisis and improve long-term affordability.

Based at the Bromley by Bow Centre in Tower Hamlets and covering the East London area, the service can support you if you have utility debts, as well as trying to help you reduce your bills by switching energy tariffs. We can provide energy efficiency advice and help you to access available discounts and savings where possible. Our service can also help those on low incomes to access grants for white goods and household items.

Our team take a holistic approach to people’s financial situations. Our aim is to enable you to access your full benefit entitlement, and obtain money management support to take control of your finances.

The service also undertakes outreach at Foodbanks and health centres to reach those most in need.
